Your daily tasks 1
As a sales assistant (m/f/d) at PMT , your tasks will include
- Research, compilation of statistics and their preparation as a basis for decision-making
- As the first point of contact for customer inquiries by phone or e-mail, you will ensure professional and friendly support
- Organization of preparation and follow-up of meetings and appointments
- Maintaining and updating information in our database
- Precise documentation of sales activities
- General administrative tasks that support sales and ensure the smooth running of sales activities
- Supporting the quotation process to ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Assist the sales team in the preparation of presentations, analyses and reports
- Coordinate appointments for the sales team and assist in planning customer visits, events and internal meetings
What you bring with you 2
- A basic understanding of sales processes to help the sales team follow up on offers as well as nurture customer relationships in the B2B space
- Excellent communication skills to handle initial customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner – in German and English
- Efficient organization of your work
- A keen sense of the needs of our customers from the wholesale and project sectors
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute to achieving sales goals together
- Good analytical skills to process data and information, as well as identify trends and potentials that can help the sales team make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of MS Office is required to handle tasks such as creating reports and presentations
