Your daily tasks 1
- Supporting the team in administrative and organizational matters
- Research and preparation of decision documents as well as analyses for the management
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Confidential management of documents and information
- Coordination of appointments and travel arrangements for the management and other employees
- Communication and collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Interface function to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Participation in special projects and initiatives of the management
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- General office organization and management tasks
- Preparation, drafting and legal review of contracts in cooperation with external legal support
What you bring with you 2
- Completed commercial training or a degree in law, ideally with a legal background
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the field of assistant/team assistance
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and contract processing is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Confidentiality and a professional appearance
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
